Gulfam Baghoor is an institutionalist, who believes that future of Pakistan lies in ‘(becoming the part of) PROCESS’ rather than enjoying DEBATES. He has been the founding member of Life Development Foundation (a prominent national NGO). He also remained director, International Staffing & Technology Solutions PVT (LTD) and director aesthetics, SINA. Currently, he is heading Business Incubation Center of NUML (B ICON) and National Academy of Corporate Social Responsibility (NACSR). After developing Pakistan’s first CSR index, he is currently working on developing sector wise CSR indices and Pakistan’s first CSR Code through Integrated Intellectual Industrial Initiatives (IIII) Approach. As PhD (CSR) and GRI G4 Certified Professional, he has emerged as Pakistan‘s First Resident Corporate Social Scientist. He is development consultant and management trainer with significant experience in system thinking, institutionalization, project management, logistics and budgeting for HEIs, private and non-profit sectors. He has remained technical advisor, team leader and team member for design, implementation and monitoring a number of projects and has been involved in conducting research for institutions like World Bank, ADB, UNESCO, USAID, CIDA, DFID, Unicef, World Economic Forum, Ministry of education, HEC, Plan Pakistan, Pathfinder International, PMI, PTA and NHA. He has excellent leadership, interpersonal, listening, presentation and written communication skills with analytical, decision making & problem solving ability. He brings with him research, HR, CSR and IT skills into the field of education, employment and entrepreneurship. He also brings with him neuro-linguistic programming, workforce diversity, inclusiveness, team building, anger management and gender sensitization into the field of HRM, organizational behavior, organization development, managerial excellence and leadership. He has trained more than 2500 participants from government, corporate and development sector. He has been teaching for last fifteen years at number of prestigious universities with leadership, management, training & development, career management, change management and business ethics as areas of interest. He is the reviewer of many journals including Journal of Managerial Psychology. He has presented research papers in many national and international research conferences and has more than dozen research publications in national and international journals. He is public speaker and has participated in number of local seminars, workshops, meetings and conferences.
